Judgment is just not an ability which God creates, for Christ remains permanently as Pure Oneness in God. It's not necessarily that one particular “ceases” judging, just as if judgment had genuinely occurred just before but has now stopped. Forgiveness sees illusions as a single and therefore shows that judgment is permanently Unachievable due
